A Full Service Provider For All of Your Audio Production Needs.
Skyline Audio Productions is a full service provider for all of your audio production needs. The company was incorporated in 2003 and began primarily as a recording studio and live sound company. Skyline was created by musicians, for musicians. Check out our staff page to learn more about the owners. With the advent of home project studios and quality recording gear becoming more affordable for the average musician, larger commerical studios are becoming more scarce. Coming from a "do it yourself" mentality, we understand the benefits and satisfaction that come from buying your own gear and producing your own recordings. We also know from experience that handling the technical aspects of recording while trying to be a musician at the same time, can often stifle the creative flow and freedom that should exist while recording. Having said that, the monetary savings and freedom of recording your own projects often outweigh the convenience of employing the services of a recording studio. Skyline Audio Productions, LLC was created to be a viable alternative between the headache and stress of recording your own projects and the high hourly rates of large commercial recording studios. In addition to engineering and mixing, we will also work with singers/songwriters to provide music for recording projects. We can provide guitar and bass playing, drum programming and/or live drums, as well as MIDI programming and sequencing. We'll work to find other musicians as well if other instruments are needed. The studio utilizes a Pro Tools TDM system with up to 48 simultaneous inputs during tracking. This 64 track digital Pro Tools TDM rig is a state of the art system suitable for any type of recording. We offer a wide array of plug-in options and outboard gear, including high quality mic preamps, compressors and effects processors. We also have a large microphone selection to meet your needs. As the studio has expanded, the company has branched out to offer additonal audio related services. Our company also specializes in live sound reinforcement and live multitrack recording. We offer a wide range of sound systems that can be used for bands, corporate events, church functions or weddings, and we have a team of certified audio engineers to deliver, set up and operate the system. We also offer DJ services for any event and provide a professional sound system and lighing rig to make your event stand out. If you require an audio recording of your event, we offer a portable Pro Tools system to provide a professional recording, whether it be for a single presenter, or a multitrack recording of a full band. If our system is not suitable for your particular event, we will assist in securing the proper equipment and making your event a success.
In addition, we offer radio commercial production services, including script writing, recording, editing and mastering. We utilize a small pool of voice-over talent to provide the radio voice that you're looking for. Our engineers have produced commercials for companies such as Mcdonald's, Qwest, and America West to name a few. Be sure to check out samples of radio ads to hear for yourself what Skyline can do.
We also can provide audio mastering and restoration services. Digital mastering will give your recordings punch, depth and clarity for that final polish before duplication or replication. While we are not a dedicated mastering facility, we can produce a product that is "radio ready." We can also refer you to mastering facilities if that is what your project requires. Our restoration process can clean up old cassette tape and vinyl recordings and transfer them to CD.
